Mode are looking for a Technical Support / Programming Engineer.
We are seeking a technical person with energy and enthusiasm to join our team based in Ware, Hertfordshire. Responsibilities include providing technical support to customers, resolving technical issues and visiting sites in the UK and overseas to carry out systems programming / commissioning and support to contractors / installers.
The successful candidate will have good grades at GCSE (particularly Science and Maths) and an interest in electronics / electrical engineering. Knowledge of lighting control, fire alarm control or buildings management systems is an advantage. Skills in AutoCAD and knowledge of lighting control protocols including DALI, DMX, CANBUS and 1-10v is also an advantage.
Full driving license is essential.
